post christmas
Hey everybody!!! I hope ya'll had a blessed Christmas. Mine was kinda boring but thats o.k. We went to the nursing home on Christmas Eve and had a party with Grandma and my dad's aunts and uncles who are all old. So yeah, it got alittle boring. My parents gave all of us money and we all went shopping on Tuesday. I got a new cell phone which I think is pretty sweet. I got a new number and my brother got my old number. The last few days I've been getting weird calls from an 800 number and a private number. The private number has called at the exact same time the last two days. They've woken me out of sweet slumber at 9am. Do they not know that its Christmas break?! I'm not even alive at 9 in the morning! They keep asking for a Dr. somebody and I keep telling them that this is not his phone. And they wont tell me who they are. It sounds like a telemarketer. Then the lady calls me 3 times today and the last time I tell her to take my number off her list. But she wants me to give this Dr. guy a message and I tell her that I've never heard of this guy but she dosn't believe me and keeps asking if I'm sure I can't get a message to him. I keep telling her that this is my new number and I've no clue who this person is. Then she retorts, " Well thats what we're trying to find out." and hangs up. The nerve!!! Whew! Well. it provides for some entertainment!!! Oh boy, that just sounded shallow. Maybe I am sheltered! Well, see you next time!

Is may seem a little bit evil, but... just go along with them and kinda mess with they're heads a bit... I can't give you any ideas on how to do so... and no you can't ask why I can't!

I kept getting calls from a repo company asking for some lady. That one was really annoying... They don't believe you when you say that they have the wrong number!

I got another call today. This sone was from Iowa asking for a Chris somebody. After I told the lady that I didn't know who that was she said I acted like I knew him.Nnnoooo.
When I was quite young and living in a different place, our phone number was very close to a catholic church's number. We would have a certian elderly woman call every week to ask when she could come in for confession. I believe mom and dad finally had our number changed. Now our number is just one digit off from a lumber yard and we get phone calls for them every once in a while. But we have never had any one not believe us about them getting the wrong number. Strange.

yea, when my family moved into the house we live in now, the number we got used to belong to someone who never paid their bills. Then this old lady would call every once in awhile and ask for Arlene. We've lived in this house for 16 yrs and she kept calling up until about a year ago. We didn't know how Arlene could possibly still be alive cuz her friend sounded as old as dirt! Then my mom met Arlene at the nursing home where my gramndmother is. Maybe her friend will bug the N.H instead of us!
The joys of stupid people who think that if they call your number enough times, the person they're trying to call will answer it.
if its bill collectors, they are relentless :)
i was babysitting a few years ago at my moms friends house and a bill collector called and had me in tears cuz she didnt believe me when i told her i was just the babysitter.
